Campus Party asked us to create a format from scratch to introduce professions to high school students. The goal of the format is to entertain while presenting one profession per episode, helping the audience navigate their choices for post-graduation paths.

We managed every aspect of the project:
- Starting with casting, we searched for the ideal people to share their stories and professions.
- Working closely with the client we developed the outline for a 15-minute pilot episode. Drawing on our background as TV writers, we crafted the first script, which already captured the essence of the format.
- At the same time, we created the visual identity of Jobflix, designing the intro, outro, and all the graphics to enhance the video. A critical part of the process was sourcing stock footage to enrich the format and make it more dynamic.
- We conducted a one-day studio shoot with a small crew of three people.
After a month of intensive post-production, the pilot episode took shape, culminating in its final version—a video that satisfied both the clients and the creators.

Campus Party means many things:
a global event focused on the connection between education and work, but also a content producer that bridges companies and Gen Z, with innovation as the sole common denominator.
